Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Lash Me Tender aims to dispatch your order within 5 business days from the day the payment is received. Business days do not include weekends and local holidays. We produce almost exclusively to order, and depending on the number of orders we receive there may be slight delays. If you need a faster delivery, please contact us at hello@lashmetender.de, and our team will do their best to help you.
We deliver worldwide, shipping rates will vary depending on your country. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur which are out of our control. No refunds of shipping costs will be available for delayed deliveries.
Free shipping on orders over 120€.
Domestic shipping (Germany)
- Usual delivery times (from the day of dispatch): 1-2 business days
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to the carrier.
International shipping
- Usual delivery times (from the day of dispatch): about 10 business days with tracking
International orders are shipped via Deutsche Post/DHL. They are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Lash Me Tender nor are they set by Lash Me Tender, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to the carrier.
RETURNS
There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship it back to us. All sales are final after this time limit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lashmetender.de. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Knickers, masks and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as well as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
