Shipping & Returns
Lash Me Tender aims to dispatch your order within 5 business days from the day the payment is received. Business days do not include weekends and local holidays. I produce almost exclusively to order, and depending on the number of orders I receive there may be slight delays. If you would like to receive it faster, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will do our best to help you.
I deliver worldwide, shipping rates will vary depending on your country. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur which are out of my control. No refunds of shipping costs will be available for delayed deliveries.
Domestic shipping (Germany)

Orders within Germany are shipped via Deutsche Post. I do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
I offer several shipping options for you to choose from. Tracking/priority options are highly recommended, as I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to the carrier.

International orders are shipped via Deutsche Post/DHL. They are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Lash Me Tender nor are they set by Lash Me Tender, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
I am not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship it back to me. All sales are final after this time limit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
I strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as well as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Knickers will come with an adhesive hygienic liner. I cannot accept returns of knickers that have been tried on without the hygienic liner. If it is removed, the return will strictly not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on earrings, sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
